it's own garden within the secluded grounds of Acharn Farm,
Duror.
It is reached by it's own track approx ¾ mile back from
the main road. |

The bungalow has been recently
redecorated and modernised throughout to include a refitted
kitchen and bathroom and oil-fired central heating.It comprises
a large kitchen, Large L-shaped lounge with open fire and
separate dining area,two double bedrooms (one with double
bed and one with twin beds), two single bedrooms (one with
single bed and one with Z-bed and cot) and separate bathrooms.

All bedrooms have built in
wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space and the bathroom has
a shower, basin and low-level W.C. The lounge has a colour television,
video player and CD radio/cassette player. The kitchen has an electric
cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A tumble
dryer is available at the farm if required. There is a pay phone.

| Outside, the garden is well
stocked with shrubs and trees, with ample parking and
a rotary clothesline. Outside garden furniture is provided
for those 'al fresco' times. |

There is a policy of no smoking and as Acharn
is a small working farm with cattle and sheep we regret that we are unable
to accept dogs.
